They Poured Fire on Us From the Sky

What’s the book about?
They Poured Fire on Us From the Sky is a story of the war in Sudan, as described by 3 lost boys:  Benson Deng, Alepho Deng, and Benjamin Ajak. Benson and Alepho are brothers, with Benjamin as their cousin. They begin to tell about their village, home, and stories of their families, prior to the attacks on his people. The boys were without adults; they watched their parents die before their very eyes, and saw their best friends murdered. Not of them teenagers yet, they were to fend for themselves and find safety in any way they could. They made their way to several refugee camps, where they were abused and overworked, even by their own soldiers.
